Auto Certificate and Chrome Browser sometimes no data on page
I'm sorry, I don't know how to search the answer for this situation.. It is similar to "Is Comodo SSL in AutoSSL a self-signed certificate?" but the answer is not for my situation or at least I don't think so.. here is what is going on:
I've gotten calls from two clients. Both unable to see their websites. One is using three android cell phones, two the same, he is in New York. I thought it was his carrier or the browser on his phones. The second customer has a laptop in Texas using DSL. Ruled out carrier. Here is what I've tested and the problem..
Android phones, using Google Chrome, Texas laptop also using Chrome. Websites in question work if using Firefox or IE.
5 websites tested:
1) site using purchased certificate on old plesk server - WORKS
2) site using NO SSL on cpanel server - WORKS
3) Ny site using comodo 90 day auto - shows no data on page error
4) Tx site using comodo 90 day auto - shows no data on page error
5) [Removed] using comodo 90 day auto - shows no data on page error
The exact error on page is:
This page isn"t working
[Removed]didn"t send any data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
[Removed] and I have searched but I have no idea what to really search for but I can't imagine I'm the only one with this issue.) Also there are plenty of people saying on youtube they have a solution but it's to fix Chrome but Chrome isn't broke or just to get views for points with Google ad views. Another words, no help..
Sure appreciate your time, whoever you are that has experienced this and knows what I'm doing wrong on my cpanel server.. It has me lost..

Hello Barry, This topic is discussed on the following thread: https + chrome + OS problem Thank you. 0 -
Hi there, Sorry to drag up an old thread which has been marked as solved, but today I have started receiving this error but only on one of my two WHM server (the configurations in regards to the SSL ciphers etc are identical). Even more frustrating is that the suggested work arounds do nothing to solve the problem. Have anyone else come across this recently? Thanks everyone! 0 -
Hello @benwbandm, It's likely this relates to the recent issue discussed at: Any problem with ocsp.comodoca.com ssl? Thank you. 0 -
