Remote user account Transfer

Hi! During a transfer of an account to another one, I encountered the following error and I don't know how to fix it. I apologize if I posted in the wrong section and thank you for taking the time to help me. Have a nice day! That's what I wanted to do. That is the error: 48051

  Hello, Do you have root access to both the source and destination servers? If so, try using the following option instead: "WHM >> Transfer Tool" Or, if you do not have root access to the source server, it's preferable to generate a full account backup via cPanel on the source server and then restore the backup file on the destination server via the "WHM >> Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file" option.
