    In a shell, try
    dig domainname.tld MX
and see if you get the correct results - remember it can take up to 72 hours for new DNS records to propagate, and some caching servers I have seen only update their records once a week :( Another invaluable resource is intoDNS: checks DNS and mail servers health and also MX Lookup Tool - Check your DNS MX Records online - MxToolbox

Thanks. I will get that checked and come back with the results.

As far as I can tell the above looks in order... would you agree? I have previously checked intoDNS and MX Toolbox and all seems acceptable. Just cant work out why only Google has an issue!

Since you are using a Google public NS 8.8.8.8 it is indeed strange - the only thing I would have expected to see is another line with the data ;; ADDITIONAL SECTION: mail.example.co.uk. 3599 IN A 123.456.789.123 So it might be worth you checking to see if the mail. record is an A or a CNAME and does resolve to an IP

Hello, As mentioned in the previous post, check to ensure "mail.example.co.uk" resolves to the correct IP address. Thank you.

Hi, I have checked all of the above and it is resolving to the correct IP address. The domain seems to not have a problem with receiving email from anywhere else, just from Google. New Development - When I disable CSF, and attempt a test from a gmail account it comes through. I flushed the blocked IP addresses from CSF and reenabled it, and about an hour later I am back to not receiving them at all. What is there in CSF that could possibly be causing this? Thanks in advance

There are a few threads on this topic at the ConfigServer support forums that you may want to look into. To find them, search for a term like this on the Google search engine:
    CSF Blocking Gmail site:forum.configserver.com
Let us know if this helps. Thank you.
