Emails are being received multiple times

one of my email address receive from another address email the same email 30 times, How can i solve this issue in CPANEL? Thank you for your help. Regards

  Hello, Can you search for this message in /var/log/exim_mainlog to get a better idea of how the message was delivered? EX:
  exigrep MSGID /var/log/exim_mainlog
  Replace "MSGID" with the message ID of one of the emails that was duplicated, as found in the email header of the message. Thank you.

  Hello, Are you seeing the duplicate email in a specific email client, or do the duplicates also appear in webmail applications (e.g. Roundcube, Horde)? Do you have any filters or forwarders configured in this cPanel account? Thank you.
