Exhaustive Options List

Hi I'm looking at upgrading EA3 to EA4 tomorrow on our server and over the years I've added options in EA3 Exhaustive Options List. Do I need to note what I've added in EA3 and apply them to EA4 when installed? Or does it carry over the options when upgrading? Thanks Wayne
