Identify account sending spam?

Good morning, I have a problem with an email of my client is sending several spam per hour doing as others can not send because it exceeded the sending per hour, would you like to know if you can identify which email you are sending?

  Hello, You have to check mail logs on the server to find out which mail account or script sending mails. Please try to find out spaming using below command.
  tail -n 1000 /var/log/exim_mainlog | grep /home
