Transfer tool - load/size/dB
For using the transfer tool to move between cpanels, are there issues with server load and databases to minimize?
That is, do I need to
1. Run the transfer tool at lowest use time of day?
2. Turn off databases during the transfer? Any other interaction that should be suspended?
3. Does the transfer tool need a minimum free disk space on the OLD server (the one that I am copying from) in order to complete?

Hello, There's typically no need to exclude databases from the transfer or run the transfer tool at a specific time of the day unless your server is already experiencing performance issues. As far as disk space on the source server, it will need enough space to handle a gzip archive of the largest user account.
