Generate cPanel signed cert for my server hostname

I have the same problem and spend hours on the internet trying to find a solution but to no avail. Server hostname certificate expired months ago along with a few users. (the rest have valid certs) No touch file exist CENTOS 6.9 x86_64 cPanel & WHM 64.0 (build 36) Any help would be appreciated thank you
