Forwarder doesn't work when subject is empty

Hello. Whenever I set a forwarder for a specific email account, It doesn't forward emails with empty subject field. Any solution? Thanks.

  Hello, Do you have root access to this server? If so, please search for one of the affected messages in /var/log/exim_mainlog and let us know the output (excluding real domain names and IP addresses). EX:
  exigrep user@forwarded.tld /var/log/exim_mainlog
  If you do not have root access, please report this issue to your hosting provider so they can take a closer look. Thank you.
