Hi again The date for renovation has arrived and the services don't have the new certificate. I have configure manually. What is wrong? cPanel & WHM 64.0 (build 36)

  Hello, Could you browse to the "Logs" tab in "WHM >> Manage AutoSSL" and review the log for the affected account for any specific error messages? Also, can you confirm if this is for a specific domain name, or your server's hostname? Thank you.

  As you said services, so I will advise on the SSL on Services only. First, check if you have a file named 'disable_service_certificate_management" at the location /var/cpanel/ssl/ ls -ld /var/cpanel/ssl/disable_service_certificate_management -> IF this file is present, then the SSL for service does not renew on its own. Manage Service SSL Certificates - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Secondly, execute the below command on the server to check if the SSL is being renewed or not: (you may also would like to reset the service SSL certificate also) # /usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkallsslcerts
