Cron Job Not Working
I recently installed Cpanel and want to know on how can I grant permissions via WHM to a re-seller account of root.
I am running an App. It was fine on the other server and is causing issues since I have moved to a new server and installed CPANEL on CentOS 6.9. Ufortunately, the server provider doesnt provide any support regarding this matter.
The only reason i moved to the new was for support and they showed their arse. I am on my own now.
To be more specific, I think the cron jobs are not working properly or there is something up with it.
Any kind of help will be appreciated.

Hello, Could you provide some more details about how the cron job is setup? For instance, what command are you using for the cron job, and are you able to reproduce the issue when manually running that command via SSH? Thank you.0 -

This is the command. * * * * * /usr/bin/php -q /home/inboxingpro/public_html/mailer/apps/console/console.php send-campaigns >/dev/null 2>&1 The software I am using is mailwizz. I am not sure if the settings of Cpanel via WHM are not done or something else needs to be done or the permissions need to be fixed.0 -
The issue is resolved. There was one option that wasn't supposed to be enabled in the app that caused this issue 0 -
