Can't login to ssh and WHM as root

Hello Cpanel forum! I have problem with login to SSH as root. I can login(no root user) through private key (putty). Login with private key 1 click key and type password 2 open putty, open my host 3 type login to account on cpanel 4 working! but no root. Login witchout private key; 1 open putty and choose my host 2 type login cpanel 3 type password to cpanel 4 access denited... I tried type login as root and password to cpanel, but it same... My password to cpanel is other from SSH? 2 problem.. WHM I tried login as root and password to cpanel.. error login. Earlier I tried type same data like my cPanel and too not working... Why?

  Your forum account here has you listed as Website Owner. Are you sure you have root access to this server? You might want to speak with your Hosting Provider about this.

  I helping my client at the site and he hasn't other login data to cpanel/WHM/SSH.. Do data login to cpanel are other than ssh?

  Yes, root user has a different login than a cPanel user.
