Updated to v66 problem with account permissions

Hi, today I have updated to v66, restarted the server and all of the css, js, png, jpg, pdf files of all the account where changed to nobody:nobody. I run a few scripts to change to $accountuser:$accountuser. The problem now is that PHP writes files with nobody:nobody leading to 404 when we do an http GET to the files. Before the update php wrote the files with $accountuser:$accountuser. Php is running with nobody owner

  Hello, To update, we were unable to reproduce an issue where file ownership was changed on files after updating cPanel. Enabling Mod_Ruid2 addressed the issue by allowing the scripts to be executed as the user instead of as "nobody". Thank you.
