Question about Webmail

Ol" pessoal?! Sou novo por aqui. Algu"m pode me ajudar? Eu tenho uma hospedagem de sites,mas com pouca experi"ncia e meus clientes est"o reclamando que n"o conseguem acessar o Webmail pelo o celular,por exemplo se digitar www.dominio.combr/webmail aparece a caixa de login pra digitar os dados de acesso da conta e ainda aparece a mensagem de login "efetuado com sucesso",mas n"o entra na p"gina seguinte onde podemos escolher o tipo de Webmail. Ser" que precisa de algum tipo de certificado espec"fico?! Fico aguardando uma resposta. Obrigado!! Hello guys ?! I'm new here. Can anyone help me?
