Raw logs are from two weeks ago

I have a customer that when downloading their raw logs from cpanel they are over two weeks old. I checked in cpanel and it said the logs are all caught up. Any idea how to start trouble shooting this?

  Hi @WebHostPro, Raw logs generally only contain entries that are less than 24 hours old because the logs are discarded when statistics are generated. Thus, my first thought is that something is preventing cpanellogd from processing the logs. You check for errors when statistics are generated for the account with the following command:
  /scripts/runweblogs $username
  Also, in "cPanel >> Raw Access" can you verify if either of the options below are enabled? Archive logs in your home directory at the end of each stats run every 24 hours. Remove the previous month"s archived logs from your home directory at the end of each month. Thank you.
