    Hi, Do you have letsencrypt cPanel plugin on your other WHM? It appears yes and it could be part of that..

    Hello, It looks like you are using a third-party Let's Encrypt plugin on the server where it's listed in "WHM >> Service Manager". It's not added as a service when used as part of the AutoSSL feature. Thank you.

    on both servers, I used /scripts/install_lets_encrypt_autossl_provider to install the LetsEncrypt plugin. Both of them are set to AutoSSL but the other one didn't show letsencrypt-cpanel on the Service Manager like the other one did.

    Hello, You can use the following command on the server where you see the plugin listed in "WHM >> Service Manager":
    le-cp self-test
    If that command works, it means you installed the third-party plugin for Let's Encrypt from "FleetSSL". Thank you.
