Problem editing html in File Manager

Hi everyone. In Cpanel editing a html page with html editor. Deleted jpeg added new jpeg looks good -saved. Opened saved page and changes look good . previwed in browser - new jpeg not there . Opened website online other minor changes ok but no new jpeg.. Tried to attach 2 screenshots of Cpanel. Can you help me please. if someone has an answer for this, thanks by advance

  Hello, Could you provide an example of the HTML content in CODE tags as it appears after the file is saved from within the "HTML Editor" interface? Ensure to replace any real domain names with examples. Thank you.
