Those emails are still going to the old non-exchange IMAP accounts. I went to the DNS settings, and for that domain where our server sits I changed the MX value to the outlook exchange... But the emails are still coming into the old IMAP account.

Hello, Check to ensure the email routing for this domain name is configured to "Remote Mail Exchanger" under the "Email Routing" section when editing the zone via "WHM >> Edit DNS Zone". Thank you.

Are you talking about the settings in MX Entry Editor? I don't see any options for Remote Mail Exchanger in WHM >> Edit DNS Zone.

You should see it under both options. It's at the bottom under "Email Routing". Thank you.

Hmm, I only see it under edit MX entry. The problem is that my host server is not an option under edit MX entry. I only see my account domains, not the domain the server sits on in MX Entry. In Edit DNS Zone I have: Domain TTL Record Type (stuff here) Add New Entries Below this Line (blank) SAVE Nothing else. I'm using version 66.

Ahh... So when I look at a domain under our account, THEN I see that option. But for the domain the server is sitting on, it's not there. AKA, the option only exists for domains owned by our account. Not for our account itself.

Hello, Regarding the notifications sent by cPanel, it's not currently possible to utilize an external SMTP server for the delivery of those notifications, but we do have an open feature request that would allow for this functionality: Send cPanel Notifications via Authenticated SMTP Connection Thank you.
