Block shell scripts on server

We bought CXS then refunded money back. Because I'm not a business, And I don't have a VAT Number EU. - Removed - But we know already added shell_exec on php.ini I'm still looking for block shell script plugin on WHM. LifeTime only. I don't like to pays monthly. Impossible, Enough not money so.

  I don't like this install on CentOS Linux. I'd like to feature for cPanel/WHM would be strong security improve better than any Free CP or Plesk. I have submitted feature for cPanel, visit this feature thread: Add blocking shell script to WHM/cPanel security power
