    It took one admin of my managed server company to check and found that one php.ini in the root directory had openbase dir enabled with a =0 function.

    Hello, It's possible this relates to following change referenced in the cPanel 66 Release Notes: EasyApache 4 PHP configuration changes We removed the use of local.ini files in EasyApache 4. WHM's MultiPHP INI Editor interface (Home >> Software >> MultiPHP INI Editor) now saves changes to the php.ini file rather than the local.ini file.
