Computer cannot access website

I have a whm/cpanel account and have hosted a domain xxxx.com there. On computer A (located in Asia), I can successfully access the website like this:

  Hello, Is "vps.xxxx.com" a subdomain added to the cPanel account, or is it your server's hostname? Is it listed as part of a SSL certificate under "WHM Home " SSL/TLS " Manage SSL Hosts"? Thank you.

  vps is the hostname. It is not a subdomain. It is not listed in ssl certificate. But the question is why computer A from Asia can access it under https. While computer B (Europe) cannot access it.
