Locate Domains not Resolving to Server

Hi, We are running free hosting platform and we have noticed that are many users create accounts and leave it without using it. I want to find domain names which are not resolving our DNS records and terminate them

  For this there is a very good plugin that to this day that functional. cPanel App Catalog :: Account DNS Check cPanel/WHM plugin I use it for each hosting company to whom I managed the servers.
