Import Email account with CSV or XLS files

Hello, I have problem at the last step the System say : An error occurred while processing your request. I try with csv / xls very little files but no way the first step is ok but after loading message the message : 'An error occurred while processing your request.' Thanks for your help ! Benoit

  Hello, Could you let us know the output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? If you do not have root access to the server, please report this to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look. Thank you.
