Install SSL for domain only?

In other words... when we install the customer's COMODO certificate, how can we specifically choose what hostname(s) to install the certificate onto? In the cpanel page (IManage SSL Hosts-->Install an SSL Website), I click the "Browse Certificates" and then select the customer's COMODO certificate. But under the "Domains" dropdown box, it shows only one option: domain.com (+subdomains: autodiscover, cpanel, mail, webdisk, webmail, www) How can we select ONLY the "domain.com" and "www" subdomain for this certificate?

Very first things, When customer installs their own certificate, it is installed only for the hostnames associated with that certificate. The cpanel-provided ssl cert continues to function and work for cpanel/webmail/webdisk/autodiscover This is not correct, when you installed any ssl it covers the all above services you mentioned above. You can check it Manage SSL hosts as well as Manage service SSLs option in WHM, I believe you can customize your SSL configuration from Manage Service SSLs option in WHM.
