Problem with accessing webmail

Hi guys, I have problem with accessing webmail on my machine.I can get to point where I type my password and username after that it redirects me to page with only plain text(no style) and if i click on something it just redirects me on login. I have tried to access via domain.com/webmail and with port :2096 but nothing seems to work.

  if you have a root access of the server, login with the root and check the logs at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log and it will give you an idea of whats happening while browsing the webmail. If you are on a shared hosting account, you need to contact your hosting provider support team for the issue.

  I have same problem but I can access other people can not access. I have all access to cpanel too but others have not what should I do?
