Error when trying to restore backup

Hello, I try to restore a 18GB backup file but I recieved this error: Internal Server Error 500 No response from subprocess ( (cpanel)): The subprocess ended prematurely because it received the "ALRM" (14) signal. I can upload the .gz file using the restore home directory backup tool, but after the 100% I have this problem, but the space was allocated and no emails account was created. Can someone help me?

  Please check the disk space of the server where you are restoring the backup with the command df -h
