Communication Error when trying to ass SSL Certificate

I am trying to add an SSL certificate for one of my sites but every time I try I get a communication error. this is the message I got through cPanel: 0: communication failure Show/Hide Details URL (POST): /cpsess4000######/execute/SSL/install_ssl Body: domain=domain.com&cert=-----BEGIN%20CERTIFICATE----- ... -----END%20CERTIFICATE----- Response: This is the message I got through WHM: 0: communication failure Show/Hide Details URL (POST): /cpsess6867######/json-api/installssl Body: api.version=1&domain=domain.com&ip=&crt=-----BEGIN%20CERTIFICATE----- ... -----END%20CERTIFICATE----- Response: Anyone have any ideas on what is going on?

  I sort of figured it out. I tried it on another computer and it worked.

  Hello, Were there any browser or firewall settings configured on the computer this happened on that could have lead to a connection issue between the computer and the cPanel server's IP address? Thank you.
