Can't pick incremental backups

Good day, Under Backup Configuration, when I choose "Incremental backups" I get this error message: Error: Data from destination link did not match original: Any ideas why? I've reset the backup configuration as well but it still just shows this error. Any help will be appreciated.

  I found the problem, it was because the backup directory/drive was full. Thanks!
