Password modification doesnt update ftp passwords

When I try to change user password I get : The password for ..... has been changed. Password for "........" has been changed.FTP password change has been queued. Effect is I cannot login to FTP but I can login to WHM, please help. I checked more I cannot login to any main FTP account

  Hello, Are you using a domain name or IP address associated with the corresponding cPanel account as the "FTP Host" in your FTP client? Thank you.

  Hello We had a similar problem some time ago and used the FTP sync option in WHM that solved it: Home "cPanel "Synchronize FTP Passwords
