Hello, I have this error in apache error log:

Im using CGI handler with PHP-FPM. This error is on version of php 5.6 This is my EasyApache Package list for PHP5.6

      So what is the solution, i google it: AH01067: Failed to read FastCGI header site:forums.cpanel.net and all what i get is support ticket last replay but no solution for this. So what is solution php-fpm a read that opcache possible problem but i didn't get any solution to fix this?

      Hello @Gojko, I recommend searching the PHP-FPM error logs (/opt/cpanel/ea-php$$/root/usr/var/log/php-fpm/error.log) for any domain name's reaching the max_children limit. You'd replace ea-php$$ with each specific version of PHP (e.g. ea-php70) that PHP-FPM is utilized with on your system. The offending entries will look like this:
      ERROR: unable to read what child say: Bad file descriptor (9) NOTICE: [pool domain_tld] child 1234 exited with code 0 after 25.12345 seconds from start
      If you find specific domain names are reaching the limit, you can increase the max_children value for them using the "Pool Options" feature in "WHM >> MultiPHP Manager". Thank you.

      is that? what is with "zend_mm_heap corrupted" or "exited on signal 11 (SIGSEGV)"? if i increase max_children it will fix this?

      Hello @Gojko, Do you happen to have OPCache enabled as a PHP extension? If so, please let us know the output from the following command:
      grep opcache.fast_shutdown /opt/cpanel/ea-php*/root/etc/php.d/*opcache.ini
      I've seen reports where disabling the fast_shutdown option in the opcache.ini file and then restarting Apache solves this error message. Thank you.
