Compressed file and backup

There is an option Backup>Account backups as compressed file. Will this file store mail content or it should be done Full backup? What is the correct procedure to move just mail accounts from the compressed file?

  Hello, The account backup should include email data. Without root access, you'd need to download the archive to your local computer and extract it if you want to move just the email contents.
