Hello, Is the DNS for this domain name handled by the cPanel server, or does it use remote name servers? Thank you.

The DNS is handled by the cPanel server. Well, our name servers are setup in a cluster. I don't know if that causes any issues.

Hello, Could you send me a private message with the domain name in-question so I can take a closer look? Thank you.

Hi, As I've also explained through PM right now, it's not just one domain. I've checked with a couple of domains that we're using (as I can't just use our clients' emails without permissions) and two domains owned by a client. These domains are spread over multiple servers, and it's the same with all of them. DKIM records are present, but the emails aren't signed.

Hello, I received a valid result for those domain names when testing using a command like this:
    dig default._domainkey.domain.tld TXT
Have you tried sending a test email to a remote server (e.g. Gmail) and then viewing the header of that message in Gmail to verify if the DKIM record is detected? Thank you.

Hello, To update, it looks like this was the result of a custom smart host configuration (with MailChannels). The following link was provided that shows how to adjust the smart host entry to ensure it uses DKIM: Cpanel - DKIM Configuration Guide Thank you.
