Unable to send emails properly

hello, After updating this, I am receiving bounce back email when sending to other domains. Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. this is the email in bounce back from system administrator. Regards.

  Hello, The "Valid RCPT command must precede DATA" error message typically suggests SMTP Authentication is not enabled in the email client. For instance, with Outlook, this typically happens when "My SMTP server requires authentication" isn't enabled. You may also want to try running the following command:
