EA4 FPM/FastCGI ini issue

I am FPM/FastCGI with Multiple PHP current version of PHP is 5.5.38 My phpinfo file shows disable functions exec,passthru,shell_exec,system I want to enable shell_exec I have removed from public_html/ ini file. Also i removed from the .htaccess file I also removed from path /opt/cpanel/ea-php55/root/etc But now effect. I restart the server as well the PHP FPM service but still no effect. What's wrong with configurations? I rebuilt the domain profile but still no effect. I tried to change the PHP version but the issue is same no effect on disable functions.

  This is in the php-fpm pool file You must edit the pool file to remove it PHP-FPM and EasyApache 4 - Documentation - cPanel Documentation

  Its worked but the file says Edit from WHM interface. :(
