Can't send emails from my server but can receive

I really need your help here. I've been stuck on a problem with my dedicated server since the last week. I am able to receive emails, but I am not able to send anything. Here's a little bit more information on my server configuration and logs: [LIST]
  • My server is on CentOS 7.3 and cPanel/WHM 66.0.18 is installed.
  • My firewall is not active for testing purpose.
  • My ISP does not block the port 25. I've been checking with them 3 times since the last week and each time they told me that nothing was blocked.
  • Port 25 seems to work correctly when I test it with telnet: [root@main /]# telnet mail.domain.com 25 Trying xx.xx.xx.xx... Connected to mail.domain.com.   • My SPF and R-DNS are setup correctly.
  • I'm using the command mail to try to send an email: mail -s "Test" user@domain.com Hello EOT

  • Here's the exim_mainlog: 2017-09-11 15:37:15 SMTP connection from [127.0.0.1]:38568 (TCP/IP connection count = 2) 2017-09-11 15:37:15 SMTP connection from (localhost) [127.0.0.1]:38568 closed by QUIT Emails seem not to be able to quit the server itself. I've beend trying many thing to try to fix this, but I'm out of ideas. Any idea what would cause this? Thank you in advance for your time.

      Hello, Do you notice any specific output to /var/log/exim_mainlog or /var/log/exim_paniclog when attempting to send a message? Also, is the issue only with specific remote hosts (e.g. Google), or is it happening when sending to any remote mail server? Thank you.

      Hello, Thank you for your answer. The problem is happening with any remote host, not only Google. But I was tired of this problem and I thought it has something to do with the server itself, so I contacted my provider and ask them to remove this server and give me a new one. Everything is working fine with the new one. Thank you.
