Setup Reverse Trust Between Servers in DNS Cluster

I find myself adding new servers to a DNS cluster quite frequently, so I am running into this issue. When adding a new server with Synchronize Changes relationship, I get the following: The reverse trust relationship does not currently work without an access hash file on the remote server. You must login to the remote server and add this server to its cluster manager manually if you want the other server to be able to access this one. I remembered that the access hash was located at /var/cpanel/cluster/root/config However, when checking this location on the new server, I see no access hash files. Please let me know where to locate the access hash files on new installations - running version 66.0.19 on this newest server.
