Can't create databases/users

Hello, its my first time using cpanel. if i type in my server adress with the port, i automatically landing on whm. if i go there to databases i cannot create databases. in another thread i read, that you do this on cpanel, so i go to my_server_ip/cpanel As i tried to use the same Username and Password, it says wrong. I tried to create a new user in whm, it says: Account Creation Status: failed (XID z3gj4h) You may not create a domain with a name that is the server"s hostname. But i dont have another hostname. i want to install a cms on the centos host, so i have to create a database... Somebody can help me?

  Hello, You should change your hostname to something other than a primary domain name (e.g. server123.domain.tld) using "WHM >> Change Hostname". Then, create the cPanel account for the domain name and access cPanel to setup MySQL databases. Thank you.
