Hello, Do you notice any output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when uploading a file? Thank you.

I check it and found 2 lines related to my upload activity [2017-09-15 09:33:46 +0700] info [cpaneld] Request Timeout: "POST /cpsess8783553275/execute/Fileman/upload_files HTTP/1.1" 408 Your request could not be processed during the allowed timeframe. [2017-09-15 09:48:31 +0700] info [cpaneld] User, userpro.zip upload failed due to EOF. seems its stuck and freeze, but it's work for small size files no idea whats wrong... maybe from ClamAV, rkhunter or other files scaner monitor or from upload size limitation any suggest ?

Hi! I'm having the same problem. After changing chmod for those 2 folders i can upload a file with 25mb, but after that i can't upload anymore. It just stays stuck at 99%. If the files have less than 8mb it works, but more than that, it stops at 99%. I'm not sure because i don't do lot's of uploads, but i think with version 66 it was working and now with version 68 i'm having this problem. Thanks

Hi! I have tried some files to test. TeamViewerPortable.zip = 25MB cdu.zip = 261MB [2017-11-27 02:43:21 +0000] info [cpaneld] Request Timeout: "POST /cpsess4412023736/execute/Fileman/upload_files HTTP/1.1" 408 Your request could not be processed during the allowed timeframe. Hello, It looks like your upload attempt is timing out. This could be due to a slow connection, or a network issue that's preventing the file from uploading before reaching the timeout value (300 seconds). I recommend uploading larger files (e.g. 25MB+) using FTP instead of File Manager. Thank you.

Hi! I think that's not the problem, as it used to work. And i have a good upload speed. I could easily upload using file manager for example joomla installation files (13mb) and then expand to install joomla, now they are failing and not completing the upload. They Stop at 99%. If i upload a file below 8mb is ok, but more than that they stuck at 99%. If do the chmod that i said before the first upload works, then after that they don't work anymore. I just made a test upload with a file with 104MB it took 130 seconds to get to 99%. Tried another file with 25MB it took 30seconds and get stuck at 99%. So, that's not the problem. Screenshot: 49683 Hi! All these files reported: [2017-11-28 22:42:43 +0000] info [cpaneld] Request Timeout: "POST /cpsess5422801143/execute/Fileman/upload_files HTTP/1.1" 408 Your request could not be processed during the allowed timeframe. Unless this is not 300seconds, but a lot less. Where can i check that number?

Hi! Just do close this i will put here the conclusion of the ticket. With the help of cPanel support and after a lot of tests with other browsers and my Firefox, i found that the problem is related with an extension. The extension for Firefox is Check4Change (C4C). When this extension is enabled the problem happens, when the extension is disabled the upload finishes even with files with 100MB or 400MB. I already send a bug report to the extension developer so they know whats happening. Maybe this could help others with the same problem. Thanks
