How do I set up a temporary url for a new WHM account?

I want to start a new account in WHM not right under the main (not add-on or sub), that will use a new account's public_html, and will work with the WHM "create a new account" page successfully. I want to use a temp url for testing before pointing name servers, and it of course does not allow me to use the domain already in use on another host. If I use the temp url under my main account in AMP I believe it will use home/mainaccount/public_html. Help please. this is my website: - Removed -
