Website DNS cannot be found
Good day
Before I start I would like to note that I'm totally new to this field.
I purchased the domain from a webserver and a host service offered from the same website but form different company I think.
my problem is everything I try to enter the website its shows "DNS cannot be found"
I could access my cPanal through my ip address only not my domain name

When i try to change the nameservers nothing happen its show a message that the names were changed successfully but nothing really changes it revert back to the origin nameserver
Hello, I recommend reporting this issue to the domain registrar where you purchased the domain name so they can take a closer look to see why your name servers are not updated. This is likely what's preventing your website from opening. Thank you.0
