Hi John, Are you a customer or do you have access to WHM? If you are not a WHM Administrator you will need to contact your hosting provider and request that they give you access to the "Advanced DNS Zone Editor" which looks like this: prntscr.com/glcknz If you are the WHM Administrator and have access to WHM you can enable this feature from the "Feature Manager". Navigate to Packages -> Feature Manager on the WHM menu: prntscr.com/glckzw You can then choose the feature list that you wish to edit, or create a new one. If you already have one, select the feature list you wish to edit and then using the wildcard search field type "Advanced Zone Editor" it will appear. Then just make sure that the tick box is checked, reload your cPanel and you should see it in the list. Also if you are a WHM Administrator and have SSH access to your server, you might like to install: GK~root - GK~Apps - Remote MX Wizard its a great way to administrate and manage google MX entrys for cPanel accounts. All the best.

I try to add an A record & get a message that I only have simple zone edit capability. How do I get full zone edit. Is there a better way to handle this issue? John

Hello, You may need to contact your web hosting provider to see if they can enable the "Advanced DNS Zone Editor" option to allow you more control over the zone when using "cPanel >> Zone Editor". Thank you.
