Unable to browse website after license upgrade

Hi, I just upgraded license but i am not able to browse my website. it is asking me to reload the page after refreshing it is not showing the website content. Please help me how to fix this. Is it mandatory that i need to reboot the server after upgrading license?.

  check error logs at /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log while browsing the website and it will give you an idea of whats happening.

  Hello, Could you post a screenshot of what you see when opening your website? Are you referring to the cPanel license, or is this a license related to the script installed on your website? Thank you.

  Purchased license 1 year package. but after two days its saying that expired. Could you pls help. what should i do now.
