Change of IP address

Hi All, I just need to know which all cpanel files get updated when a Main IP address of cpanel server is changed. And are these files been constantly updated by cpanel ? Different cpanel files get updated when compared to centos 6 and 7 64bit ?

  Hello, The main shared IP address as configured in "WHM >> Basic WebHost Manager Setup" is stored in the following file: /etc/wwwacct.conf The entries for the IP addresses are as follows: ADDR " Your server's shared IPv4 address. ADDR6 " Your server's shared IPv6 address. Note this is the IP address that's used by default when setting up new accounts. It doesn't alter the IP addresses assigned to existing accounts.   Thank you michael for detailed explanation on my query. Can you tell me how often this file : /etc/wwwacct.conf is updated or changed. And should be refresh ipaddress pool when a new main IP address is assigned to the server or vps.

  Hello, The existing values in that file are only changed if you make manually changes using "WHM >> Basic WebHost Manager Setup". Thank you.
