SMTP Error

Hi Guys, I am running IPB 3.4.x, I am getting error when trying to send out SMTP Email from external SMTP Server. I have disabled CPHulk, I also off Restrict outgoing SMTP to root, exim, and mailman (FKA SMTP Tweak) [?] Using Helo Config: This server does not support authorization 503 503 AUTH command used when not advertised Using EHLO config: Password not accepted from the server 535 535 Incorrect authentication data

  The error itself seems pretty clear. The remote server is not accepting your SMTP login.

  Hello, It's possible the remote mail server requires clients to connect with SSL. Is your script configured to authenticate with SSL? Thank you.

  Maybe ipb doesn't support ssl, how do i disable the ssl enforcement ? I also ensured that the information in the SMTP script is correct

  From the information you provided, it's the remote mail server your script is connected to that's requiring SSL. You'd need to consult with the administrator of that remote mail server to verify that's what's causing the rejection. Thank you.
