auto reply to non existing email addresses

Hi All, Please assist me if this scenario is possible. If i have @mydomain.com and would like to have all emails addressed to a non-existent email address under @mydomain.com to be redirected to a folder then have an auto reply that there is no such address. like if somebody sent an email to test@mydomain.com but test@mydomain.com is non-existent then the email will be redirected to a folder then the sender will receive an auto reply that says there is no such address.
