See if I am running dnsonly using CLI

Is it possible to see if I'm running cPanel DNSonly from the command line? It's for a script that needs to know if it's running on a normal cPanel server or a DNSonly server.

  Hello, Yes, you can simply check to see if the following file exists:
  /var/cpanel/dnsonly
