Migrar cuentas reseller sin root

Hola, he estado leyendo algunos foros pero no he podido realizar correctamente lo que necesito, por lo que agradecer"a su ayuda! Necesito migrar las cuentas de un plan reseller a otro reseller, y no cuento con acceso root en ninguno, he probado el backup online por ftp pero por ejemplo las contrase"as de correo no funcionan en el nuevo server. Agradezco vuestra ayuda!
