Email receiving issue

I am running cPanel server. The issue i have been facing in receiving emails form specific domain. After pulling up some logs, i have found this error "message accepted and queued for scanning and delivery". Any suggestions? Thanks.

  Hello, Can you let us know the full entry for this message from /var/log/exim_mainlog? EX:
  exigrep user@domain.tld /var/log/exim_mainlog
