Reactivation Fees

Good morning .. I have a simple question to buycpanel.com and cPanel.net about the reactivation fees both are claiming that the reactivation fees not from their systems. And buycpanel.com claims that reactivation fees from cPanel.net and cPanel.net claims that buycpanel.com"s system ! Who"s charging who ? And why did you make this fees ?! And how can we "web hosting providers" avoid this fees ?! If the license is suspended, there"s no way to use cPanel or login to WHM ! If you want us to delete the cPanel from the server, this will stop all the main services !!! Thank you

If Customer believes a reactivation fee has been incorrectly assessed by the cPanel, Inc. licensing system, Customer must contact Provider and provide any information required to submit a reactivation fee dispute to cPanel, Inc.
