Load emails from pst to server? Is it possible?

Hello guys, i have a new client and we have no access to his old hosting server to migrate all his emails. The only access to all the emails is from Outlook. So we have a pst file from every account, the thing is, how can i transfer all the emails from outlook or the pst to the server? I have a VPS. Thanks for your help!
